So many people think that delegating work is a negative. It’s definitely not! When you ask someone to take care of an important task for you, it shows them that you trust them and think they have what it takes to do the work just as well as you can. That’s a pretty big deal.
At the end of the day, you also have a life outside of your business, and you should be enjoying that. Coming from a place of rest is the best way to help your business and your team succeed. If you’re always stressed and overworked, nothing can grow. You can kill two birds with one stone by delegating some of your work to your team. They will know you trust and respect them, and you can step away from your computer for a little bit.
